Have a favorite? Then help them win! Winners are decided by: 60% our panel of judges;
20% pre-event $1 votes; 20% text voting at the Finale.

  • Pre-Event Voting: $1 buys one vote for your favorite - vote lots and often! To "vote" online with a credit/debit card, click here. You can also send a check through the mail – be sure you put your contestant’s name in the memo line. These "votes" are tallied at 1:00pm, March 2. This score counts 20% of the final judging.
  • Text Voting: Each phone with texting capability present at the Finale will get one text vote for your favorite of the evening. (Finale text votes are free, but your own regular text charges apply.) Scores via text voting count 20% of the final judging.

The winner receives $600 and the title of Abilene Idol 2018!
